New Mexican Green Chile

Classic New Mexican flavors of roasted green chile, sweet smokiness with woodsy coriander & an herbal cilantro finish.

Black Bean and Corn

The natural textures of diced tomatoes, black beans, & sweet corn make this salsa special. It has a slight kick from the fresh jalapenos that perfectly complement its mild tangy-ness. 

Fire Roasted Medium

Tomatoes roasted over an open mesquite fire bring a subtle smokiness and natural sweetness to this salsa, which is seasoned with a balance of fresh poblano, serrano, and jalapeno chiles.

House

We combine vine ripened tomatoes, mild Spanish onion, a hint of blue agave nectar and just the right amount of fresh serrano chiles to make our laidback, traditional House salsa.

We spice up naturally tart tomatillos with the crisp heat of the serrano chile and balance it with fresh cilantro and a touch of key lime juice for a fresh, tangy flavor.

It's light. It's refreshing. It's unexpected. Crisp, cooling cucumbers, sweet plump tomatoes & snappy habanero come together for a harmonious blend of garden goodness. Available April/May....

Black Bean Chimayo Chile

The earthy, smoky & rich piquant Chimayo chile balances the creamy black beans, sweet corn, & fiery Pequin chile

Peach Tomatillo

Sweet peaches and tropical mangos are complemented with tart tomatillos, while the habanero chile adds a hint of heat for the perfect bite. Avaiable June/July.

Hatch Green Chile

Green chiles from the Hatch region of New Mexico are blended with sweet tomatoes, a splash of key lime and pinch of blue agave for an authentic taste straight from the American Southwest. 

Cranberry Orange

This is a holiday show-stopper. We combined tart cranberries and sweet oranges with tomatoes, jalapeño and serrano chiles to create an irresistible taste sensation. Available October-December....

Helen's Table

Tailgating for me goes back to my very early childhood and had nothing to do with food or football!    It did have to do with having older brothers that played Little League Baseball and a dad who was the umpire dressed in all black from his head to his toes.  After every game there was always a celebration (no matter the score).  This celebration took place at the end of my dad's pickup truck on the actual "tailgate"! Glass bottles of Pepsi Cola bobbed up and down in an old metal ice chest filled with melting chunks of ice.
