A Favorite To Share With Family And Friends

One of my greatest passions in life is cooking and sharing gifts of food. My dad was the cook in our family, and my love for cooking comes from him. My first memories in the kitchen are of standing at his side with a stool under my feet. My eyes were barely able to see over the counter as I tore pieces of toasted bread for his legendary Thanksgiving Day Dressing.

My favorite part was tasting the food along the way to see if “we” had it just right! As I continued to grow, so did my love of being in the kitchen, preparing food and sharing it with others. Just about anyone that comes through my door leaves with something from Helen’s Table™.

My Brother’s Salsa™ just happens to be one of my favorites to share. Years ago, one of my four brothers shared a salsa recipe with me. After adding my signature style to it, I began making my version of the recipe, and it immediately became a hit with my family and friends.
